Insurance: We utilize main listing sites offering a $1 million host guarantee policy, alongside a mandatory security deposit from each guest. We also encourage you to obtain additional coverage with a company like Proper to ensure you are 100% covered.

Sensible Ownership: We advise owners to be wise with valuables. Consider removing highly valuable or portable items from the home when you travel, or entrust them to a friend or neighbor.

Additional Precautions: If you own irreplaceable, fragile items that you fear might be stolen or broken, we recommend securing them before renting.
