How does Digsify's homeowner referral program work?

First, complete the corresponding form and submit the necessary referral information. Then, Digsify will connect with the homeowner. When the new home with a private pool goes live on Digsify.com, you get paid!

*Qualified referred properties without a pool are eligible for a $1,000 referral payment regardless of number of bedrooms, private pool properties with 0–1 bedroom are eligible for a $1,500 referral payment, $2,000 for 2 bedrooms, $2,500 for 3–4 bedrooms, and those with 5 or more bedrooms are eligible for a $3,000 referral payment.

Can I get paid for referral anywhere in the US?

While we welcome referrals of all homes in Southeast Florida, this offer is only available for referrals of homes located in Palm Beach County, Florida.

How long will it take for me to receive my referral bonus?

Qualifying, negotiating, onboarding, and launching a new homeowner is a multi-month process. With that in mind, you can expect to receive your referral within 45 days after the new home is launched and live on Digsify.com.
